All attendees will be responsible for their own lodging and transportation. Information concerning course locations and accommodations will be provided to you in a Know Before You Go (PDF) document that you will receive via e-mail.
Lunch will be provided on-site, unless otherwise noted. Attendees will be responsible for their own breakfast and dinner.
Implant Pathway is a nationally approved provider for both ADA-CERP and AGD-PACE. Continuing Education certificates will be distributed one month following completion of each session.
For Session One: Online, you must complete all 20 online modules in order to receive CE credit.
All attendees of Session Four: Live Surgery must have successfully completed Sessions 1-3 of the Implant Pathway Dental Implant Continuum. However, you may attend Session Four without completing Sessions 1-3 of Implant Pathway as long as you have successfully completed the AAID Maxi-Course. Currently, that is the only approved implant course outside of Implant Pathway that is an approved prerequisite for Session Four: Live Surgery.
Once you have signed up for an Implant Pathway course or event, sales are FINAL. We have a no refund policy. With that being said, we understand that life happens, and things can prevent you from attending our course. If you cannot attend our course for whatever reason, we will accommodate you by placing you in a different course. We have numerous dates throughout the year, so you will have multiple dates to pick from depending on availability. Our COO, Austin Schmitt, will be able to help you in moving courses to a date that better fits your schedule.
WHY NO REFUNDS?
We have a high demand for courses, and this means that are courses generally fill up quickly. Once a spot is reserved, we schedule staff and mentors accordingly to make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed at our course.The state of Arizona requires each doctor to have a valid temporary AZ license. The process to get an AZ temporary license can sometimes be time consuming as one must contact each state’s dental board that they ever held a license in, and get the verification sent to the AZ dental board along with completing paperwork that needs to be notarized. This means that if you drop out of the course, we cannot simply fill your spot due to the prep work that goes into attending our course.
Session One: Online accounts are non-refundable upon online account activation. All Implant Pathway course logistics are subject to change.
We offer payment plans for Sessions 1-3, Sessions 1-4 and Session Four. Payments can be split into three or four equal payments, depending on your session bundle.

We offer a New Dentist and Student discount on all Implant Pathway courses that are part of our core continuum. In order to be considered a New Dentist, you must have been graduated from dental school for 3 years or less. Students must be currently enrolled in a credentialed dental educational institute. Subject to availability and approval.
We also offer Session Bundle discounts for the following groups: Active Military (10% off), BioHorizons (10% off), Dental Hacks Nation ($500 off Sessions 1-3 and $1000 off Sessions 1-4), Dental Success Network (10% off) and Smile Source (10%).
Implant Pathway Alumni receive special pricing on additional implant courses. We consider anyone who has taken at least Sessions 1-3 part of our Alumni group.

Session One: Online and Study Club accounts are each associated with only one e-mail address, which is specified on your registration form. You will be billed accordingly for any additional accounts associated with other e-mail addresses Implant Pathway is not obligated to issue a refund for any duplicate (or additional) accounts registered by the user.
