Accomodations

All attendees will be responsible for their own lodging and transportation. Information concerning course locations and accommodations will be provided to you in a Know Before You Go (PDF) document that you will receive via e-mail.

Lunch will be provided on-site, unless otherwise noted. Attendees will be responsible for their own breakfast and dinner.

Accreditation

Implant Pathway is a nationally approved provider for both ADA-CERP and AGD-PACE. Continuing Education certificates will be distributed one month following completion of each session.

For Session One: Online, you must complete all 20 online modules in order to receive CE credit.

Approved Courses

All attendees of Session Four: Live Surgery must have successfully completed Sessions 1-3 of the Implant Pathway Dental Implant Continuum. However, you may attend Session Four without completing Sessions 1-3 of Implant Pathway as long as you have successfully completed the AAID Maxi-Course. Currently, that is the only approved implant course outside of Implant Pathway that is an approved prerequisite for Session Four: Live Surgery.

Cancellation and
Refund Policy

Notice of cancellations must be submitted in writing to our Program Director, Austin Schmitt, by e-mailing him at austin@implantpathway.com at least 30 days before Session Two start date.

In the event of a cancellation, the attendee will receive a full refund excluding the non-refundable fee ($2,332) for Session One: Online.  If the cancellation is less than 30 days from Session Two start date Implant Pathway will keep half of what has already been paid by the attendee as a cancellation fee.

Session One: Online accounts are non-refundable upon online account activation.  All Implant Pathway course logistics are subject to change.

Financing and Payment Plans

We offer payment plans for Sessions 1-3, Sessions 1-4 and Session Four. Payments can be split into three or four equal payments, depending on your session bundle.

We have also partnered with Proceed Finance, who provides financing options for our continuum. We do not currently offer payment plans for Session One only.

Discounts

We offer a New Dentist and Student discount on all Implant Pathway courses that are part of our core continuum. In order to be considered a New Dentist, you must have been graduated from dental school for 3 years or less. Students must be currently enrolled in a credentialed dental educational institute. Subject to availability and approval.

We also offer Session Bundle discounts for the following groups: Active Military (15% off), BioHorizons ($500 off Sessions 1-3 and $1000 off Sessions 1-4), Dental Hacks Nation ($500 off Sessions 1-3 and $1000 off Sessions 1-4), Dental Success Network (15% off) and Smile Source (10%).

Implant Pathway Alumni receive special pricing on additional implant courses. We consider anyone who has taken at least Sessions 1-3 part of our Alumni group.

Online Accounts

Session One: Online and Study Club accounts are each associated with only one e-mail address, which is specified on your registration form. You will be billed accordingly for any additional accounts associated with other e-mail addresses Implant Pathway is not obligated to issue a refund for any duplicate (or additional) accounts registered by the user.
